Our web server keeps a log of the pages and files requested from this site, including images. What we collect when you contact us
If you send us an enquiry by email, telephone or through the enquiry form on our contact page, we keep the details you give us — typically your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message — so that we can reply and, where relevant, arrange a viewing.
The enquiry form on our contact page is hosted by Formsite, who process the submission on our behalf and pass it to us.
What we do with the information
We use it only to respond to your enquiry and to manage any tenancy that follows from it. We will not sell your details, and we will not pass them to third parties for marketing. We may share information where we are required to do so by law.
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as it is useful for the purpose it was sent.
